The Western Australia Gourmet Escape formed part of a luxurious four-day culinary tour through the dazzling Margaret River region of Western Australia.

The tour included a flagship dinner at the prestigious wine estate, Fraser Gallop, prepared by Nelly Robinson of Sydney's acclaimed nel. restaurant, and exclusive access to the Lexus Tent in the Leeuwins Estate. This included refreshments, VIP tickets, gourmet workshops and access to visiting chefs.

The tour finished at Yarri Restaurant and Bar in Dunsborough, where guests enjoyed chef Aaron Carr's unique modern Australian menu, featuring sustainable, ethical and local ingredients.

A unique experience, where art and fine dining meet. Executive Chef Doug Innes-Will created an exclusive degustation dinner menu with paired wines for Lexus Encore Members. The menu was inspired by the Geometrics exhibition in the architecturally awarded Water Mall, which provided the setting for the dinner inside Queensland Art Gallery & Gallery of Modern Art.

The Drive & Dine event on the Mornington Peninsula offered Lexus Encore Members the opportunity to experience amazing along the Victorian coastline, including a luxurious stay at Jackalope Hotel, one of Lexus' hotel partners.

As well as providing a range of Lexus vehicles for test driving, Lexus Encore Members were guided on a scenic tour by professional drivers. They then enjoyed a fine-dining experience at Jackyak, with canapes, a three-course meal and paired wines.
