All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you! To Russell, the Acting Service Manager and to your Senior Lexus Mechanic.  Lexus trained, both of whom were incredibly professional, courteous and concerned about my vehicle troubles especially when the other dealer didn't care.

My car, although needing an expensive repair was returned clean, sparkling (washed and buffed) and more importantly, purring like a contented cat and once again a pleasure to drive.

I was most impressed by Russell's attention to detail, ringing me with updates and also asking whether I wished this etc. to be attended; it was most refreshing and reassuring.

My dealings with the other dealer however weren't, hence why I used Lexus to repair my car. I have had the Sales Manager at the other dealer ring and apologise for the lack of care and concern given to me as well as the lack of care given to my vehicle.
